1. Eligibility for Refunds

Condition of Items: The item must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging. If the item is damaged, defective, or misrepresented, please notify us within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, including:

Used or Opened Products: Items that have been used or opened, including products with seals broken, cannot be refunded.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned. 
- 
Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund. 
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Process

Shipping Fees: Refunds are only for the cost of the product. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Late Returns
